Willard Thomas ''Bill'' Allen, 67, of the 200 block of Williamston Road, died Saturday, May 13, 2000, at his residence.
  He was born in Portsmouth and retired as an accountant from Royster Company. He was a member and treasurer of Broad Street United Methodist Church. He was a son of the late Rachael Griffin Allen and Willard D. Allen.
  Survivors include his wife, Marie Sanderlin Allen of Portsmouth; a daughter, Eleanor S. Allen of Portsmouth; a brother-in-law, James L. Sanderlin and his wife, Ginger, of Oilville, Va.; two nephews; one niece; and many special cousins.
  A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Broad Street United Methodist Church by the Rev. Milford Rollins. Burial will be in Churchland Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Broad Street United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends at 215 Williamston Road, Portsmouth. Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, is in charge.
