The Virginian-Pilot (Norfolk, VA) - March 14, 1995 William Curtis Arrington Sr., 68, of the first block of East Norfolk & Western St., a retired electronics technician, died March 12, 1995, in Southampton County. Mr. Arrington was born in Isle of Wight County, son of the late Estelle Hand Arrington and William Edward Arrington. He retired in 1982 from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Shop (NU)67, after 32 years. He was a member of Windsor Baptist Church, Windsor Ruritan Club and assistant scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop (NU)41 of Windsor. He had received the following awards - the District Award of Merit, the Woodbadge Beads and the Scouters Key. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Mildred Baugham Arrington; two daughters, Diane Arrington of Windsor and Anita A. Craig of McKenney, Va.; two sons, William C. Arrington Jr. of Southampton County and Bruce E.
