Florence W. Baker 

Florence Williams Baker, 90, of Main Street in Capron, died Nov. 18, 1992, in a Franklin hospital. 

Miss Baker was born in Capron and was a retired elementary school teacher after 45 years. She taught in the Smithfield and Courtland school systems. She was a graduate of Farmville State Normal College and was a member of Capron Baptist Church. 

Survivors are two sisters, Grace B. Moore of Emporia and Augusta Baker of Capron; and nieces and nephews. 

A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Capron Cemetery by the Rev. Russell Ford and the Rev. Alex Joyner. 

Memorial donations may be made to Capron Rescue Squad or Capron Baptist Church. Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, has charge of arrangements.
