Joann Puffinger Baldwin, 65, of Oak Mobile Estates, died April 3, 1991, in her home. 

Mrs. Baldwin, a native of Covington, Va., was a member of Liberty Baptist Church, Suffolk. 

Survivors include her husband, Robert H. Baldwin; a stepdaughter, Annette Farnworth, and two stepsons, Ricky Baldwin and Joe Baldwin, all of Amelia, Va.; and seven stepgrandchildren. 

The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin. Burial will be in Southampton Memorial Park , Franklin. Friends may join the family at 1 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
