Obituary of ALFRED JOSEPH BEAUVAIS JR. The Virginian-Pilot (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, December 2, 1993 Alfred Joseph Beauvais Jr., 66, of 24270 Delaware Road, died Monday, Nov. 29, 1993. Mr. Beauvais was born in Coldchester, Vt., and was the son of the late Alfred J. and Lillian Rowley Beauvais. He was farm manager of Deerpath Farms in Franklin and was a member of the Virginia Angus Association. Mr. Beauvais was a graduate of Rutgers University and was a Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Betty Edwards Beauvais; four daughters, Emma B. Turner and her husband, Wayne, of Sedley, Barbara B. Taylor and her husband, Jim, of Elizabeth City, Dr. Wanda B. Bradshaw and her husband, Jeb, of Franklin, and Sheila B. Earls and her husband, Scott, of Reisterstown, Md.; one son, Roger Joseph Beauvais of Franklin; three sisters, Phyllis B. Graham of Wells, Maine, Agnes B. Shepard of Lancaster, Mass., and Katherine B. Kirwan of New Lendon, N.H.; two brothers, Martin Beauvais of Bitsburg, Germany, and William Beauvais of Canton, N.Y.; five grandchildren, Brad and Len Turner, Cameron Earls, Ashley Taylor and Jaime Bradshaw. A graveside service was conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Southampton Memorial Park by Father Albert F. Pereira and the Rev. David Erickson. Wright Funeral Home handled arrangements.
