Obituary of David Albert Boyette DAVID ALBERT BOYETTE Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - April 22, 2004 D. Albert Boyette, 87, died April 20, 2004, in Obici Hospital. A native of Isle of Wight County, he was a retired farmer and a member of Windsor Baptist Church. He was a lifetime member of Central Hill Hunt Club and a former member of Windsor Volunteer Fire Dept. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran having served during World War II and he was the son of the late Charles Timothy and Estelle West Boyette. Mr. Boyette was also predeceased by a brother, John T. Boyette. Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Dorothy Joyner Boyette; daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn B. and Stanley M. Jones of Hanover, Va., and Shirley B. and John F. Rudin of Chesterfield, Va.; son and daughter-in-law, David Leon and Mary Charlotte Boyette of Windsor; three grandchildren, Michael R. Batteau of Winchester, Va., Elizabeth A. Morris of Chesterfield, Va., and Bryan L. Boyette of Windsor; a sister, Clara Boyette Butler of Franklin; and a sister-in-law, Kathleen W. Boyette of Windsor. A graveside service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in Windsor Cemetery by the Rev. Clyde Alderman. Friends may join the family today from 7 to 8 p.m. at Harrell & Hill Funeral Home and other times at the home of his son, David Boyette, 27443 Buckhorn Drive, Windsor.
