Marjorie "Tink" Turner Brinkley, 73, died Feb. 24, 2005. The daughter of
the late Robert Lee Turner, she was a homemaker. She was a native of
Isle of Wight County, Va.

Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Challis Tazewell Brinkley of
Windsor; son, Steven Solomon of Virginia Beach; mother Emma Rhodes
Turner of Windsor; sister, Jean Turner Joyner of Windsor; brother Robert
C. Turner of Franklin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Parr Funeral Home. Interment
will be in Southampton Memorial Park. Friends may join the family today
from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the residence of
Jean T. Joyner, 27568 Parsons Drive, Windsor, Va. 23487. Contributions
may be made to the Windsor Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 636,
Windsor, Va. 23487.
