     Franklin - Matt Bryant, 20 died Dec. 4, 2003 in Harrisonburg, Va.  Born in Franklin, Matt was a 2002 graduate of Franklin High School and a student at Blue Ridge Community College in Harrisonburg. He was a member of Grace Memorial United Mithodist Church.
     Survivors include his parents, Doug and Debbie Bryant and his brother, Dale Bryant, all of Franklin; maternal grandparents, Doodle and Mary Hundley of Sedley; and a great-aunt, Cornelia Springer of Sedley.
   A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Grace Memorial United Methodist Church, Sedley, with the Rev. Elizabeth von Trapp Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Rosemont Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Wright Funeral Home.
