CARRSVILLE - Dorothy B. Bullock was born Aug. 22, 1932 in Portsmouth and died July 5, 2001, after a long struggle with lung disease. 

She is survived by her husband, Joseph R. Bullock and their daughters, Caroll Kimbrell and her husband, Rob, of Geiger, Ala., Abby Porter and husband, Buddy, and Peggy Kemp and husband, Darold, all of Carrsville; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandson. 

She was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school. She was a charter member of Brent Lox Baptist Church, Chesapeake. 

Memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Beaver Dam Baptist Church. The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall after the service. Holland-Rideout Funeral Home, Franklin, is handling arrangements.
