Obituary of Jane Davis Colglazier JANE DAVIS COLGLAZIER Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, March 17, 1999 Jane Davis Colglazier, 88, a former resident of Richmond, died March 13, 1999, in Baltimore, Md. Born March 28, 1910, in Southampton County, she was a daughter of the late Ezra and Anna Gillette Davis and the widow of Waldo W. Colglazier. Mrs. Colglazier was a former teacher and former employee of the Internal Revenue Service. She was a member of Courtland United Methodist Church. Survivors include her son, Michael David Colglazier and his wife, Sian, of Lutherville, Md.; two sisters, Anna Davis Thweatt and Betty Davis Joyner, both of Courtland ; four grandchildren, Tristan Owen Jones Colglazier, Gareth Tyler Davis Colglazier, Meriel Jane Jenkins Colglazier and Cerys Emelia Balch Colglazier, all of Lutherville; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Mary Gilbert and Virginia Watkinson and three brothers, Gillette, Garland and William Davis. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 28, 1999, in Courtland United Methodist Church with the Rev. Robert J. Parks Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery .
