   WINDSOR  Dorothy Johnson Copeland, 66, of 36 N. Court St., died Nov. 7, 1996.
   A native of Isle of Wight County, she was the daughter of the late Joe Henry and Annie Mae Jenkins Johnson and the widow of Holmes Webb Copeland. She was a member of Windsor Baptist Church.
   Survivors include two daughters, Nancy G. Copeland of Windsor, Robin Ann Copeland of Newport News; a son and his wife, Holmes Wayne and Rosa Lee Copeland of Smithfield; four brothers, Mills M. Johnson of Virginia Beach, Frederick R. Johnson of Walters, W. Raymond Johnson of Windsor and Joe H. Johnson of Abetoa Springs, La.
   A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday by the Rev. William A. Grissom in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in R.W. Baker and Co. Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 902 Pennsylvania Ave. Suffolk, VA 23434.
