Mr. Copeland retired as a clerk from Reginald E. Brothers Co. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a native of Suffolk and was a member of Suffolk Christian Church and its Young Adult Class. Mr. Copeland is survived by two brothers, Randolph T. Copeland and Curtis B. Copeland of Suffolk; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 7:30 to 8:30 tonight in R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home. A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home by the Rev. Bruce A. Havens. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery.
