Lerman Copeland , 60, of the 2500 block of Pruden Blvd., a painter, died Dec. 15, 1991, in a hospital. 
Mr. Copeland was born in Nansemond County. 
Survivors include two sisters, Carrie C. Jurnigan and Irene C. Craddock, and two brothers, James T. Copeland and Shirley Copeland , all of Suffolk; and several nieces and nephews. 
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Holland Cemetery by the Rev. Daniel Campbell. Friends may join the family at 7018 Indian Trail Road, Suffolk. Hill Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Lerman Copeland, 60, of the 2500 block of Pruden Blvd., a painter, died 15 December 1991 in a hospital.  

Mr. Copeland was born in Nansemond County.  

Survivors include two sisters, Carrie C. Jurnigan and Irene C. Craddock, and two brothers, James T. Copeland and Shirley Copeland, all of Suffolk; and several nieces and nephews.
