Sarah Daughtrey Councill , 81, of the 7200 block of S. Quay Road, died Nov. 30, 1991, in a hospital. 
Mrs. Councill was born in Nansemond County. She was a member of Holland Baptist Church and was the widow of Harvey L. Councill . 
She is survived by a daughter, Frances C. Eubank of Suffolk; one granddaughter; and two great-great-grandchildren. 
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Holland Cemetery by the Rev. Thomas Wood. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in the Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home and at 7248 S. Quay Road. . 
Memorial donations may be made to the Nansemond-Suffolk Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 1515, Suffolk, Va. 23434.

Sarah Daughtrey Councill, 81, of the 7200 block of S. Quay Road, died 30 November 1991 in a hospital.  

Mrs. Councill was born in Nansemond County. She was a member of Holland Baptist Church and was the widow of Harvey L. Councill.  

She is survived by a daughter, Frances C. Eubank of Suffolk; one granddaughter; and two great-great-grandchildren.
