   SUFFOLK  Ryland Lewis Critzer, 40, died Feb. 14, 2001. A native of Suffolk, Mr. Critzer was the son of the late Ernest Robert Critzer. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Main Street, and was employed with Joel Richardson Construction Co.
   He is survived by his mother, Jean Johnson Holland of Suffolk; daughter, Rachel Jean Critzer of N. Wilkesboro, N.C.; sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Joel Turner, and a brother, James Gregory Critzer, all of Suffolk.
   A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. today at Holly Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Douglas W. Gibson. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the home of his sister Judy, 1657 Holland Road, Suffolk. Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
   Memorial donations may be made to the Surry County Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 188, Surry, VA 23883.
