Sarah G. ''Party'' Deale, 79, a resident of Cross Keys Road, died Friday, July 2, 1993, in Southampton Memorial Hospital, Franklin. 
She was born in Baltimore and was the daughter of the late John and Hattie Z. Garthwright. She had been a resident of Southampton County for many years and was a retired manager of the cafeteria at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. 
She is survived by her husband, James Deale; a sister, Sabelle B. Marriner of Albuquerque, N.M.; and numerous nieces and nephews. 
A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Purviance Funeral Home, Boykins Chapel, by the Rev. Kenneth Williams. Burial will be in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Boykins from 7 to 8:30 p.m. this evening. 
Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity or floral tributes are welcome
