Katherine Leigh Francis Draper, 80, of Virginia Avenue, died Aug. 29, 1992, in a Richmond hospital.  
Mrs. Draper was a lifelong Boykins resident. She was a member of Boykins United Methodist Church and was the widow of L. Felton Draper Sr.  
Survivors include two sons, L.F. "Sonny" Draper Jr. of Boykins and Joseph C. Draper of Christiansburg; two sisters, Deaton F. Faucette of Boykins and Natalie F. Coleman of Blackstone; two brothers, Gilbert W. Francis Sr. of Boykins and Everette S. Francis of Richmond; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.  
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Boykins United Methodist Church by the Rev. J. Blaine Blubaugh. Burial will be in Beechwood Cemetery. Friends may join the family tonight at the residence. Memorial donations may be made to the Boykins United Methodist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 246, Boykins, Va. 23827. McDowell Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
