Obituary of Cadd Ellis Dundlow CADD ELLIS DUNDLOW Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, April 16, 2002 FRANKLIN - Cadd Ellis Dundlow, 72, a loving husband, father and grandfather, died April 14, 2002. Born in Holland, Va., he was the son of the late John and Essie Williford Dundlow and a 30-year employee with the City of Franklin Electric Department. An Army veteran of the Korean War, he was a longtime volunteer firefighter with the City of Franklin. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Fannie Edwards Dundlow; a daughter, Cynthia Dundlow Kantor and her husband Alan Jay of Clarksville, Md.; a son, Glenn Ellis Dundlow and his wife Jaci of Franklin; three sisters, Hattie Mae Dundlow of Suffolk, Mildred D. Raiford of Hampton and Lily D. Darden of Franklin; five grandchildren, Glenda D. Coffelt and her husband Charlie of Radford, Va., Joshua A. Dundlow and his wife Bobbie Jean of Knotts Island, N.C., Brittany N. Dundlow of Franklin, Samuel Graham Kantor and Haley Catherine Kantor, both of Clarksville, Md.; two great-grandchildren, Quentin A. Dundlow and Edward McCurdy. He was predeceased by two brothers, John Henry Dundlow and Willie H. Dundlow, and a sister, Essie Mae Dundlow. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Wright Funeral Home by the Rev. Randy Wooden. Burial with military honors will be in Southampton Memorial Park .
