First Ave., a retired bank teller, died April 15, 1991, in a hospital. Miss Eley, a native of Southampton County, had been employed with Vaughan & Company Bank and with Sovran Bank and had retired after 43 years. She was a member of High Street United Methodist Church. Survivors include a sister, Jessie Marie Eley of Franklin. The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Riverside Cemetery , Courtland , by the Rev. John Siegle and the Rev. Robert Fridley. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Wright Funeral Home and will assemble at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at her sister's home, Village Woods Edge, for the procession.
