   SUFFOLK - Jean Wilkins Flanagan, 80, died Sept. 4, 2003. A native of Suffolk, she was the daughter of the late Sally Brown Wilkins and Ernest L. Wilkins Sr.  She was lifelong member of Suffolk Christian Church where she attended the West Memorial Sunday School Class. She was a former assistant city treasurer for the City of Suffolk.
   She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Robert F. Flanagan of Portsmouth; son and daughter-in-law, Robert J. and Deborah Z. Flanagan and grandchild, Kellie Lauren Flanagan, all of Gwynedd, Pa.; sister, Virginia W. Aldredge of Dahlonega, Ga.; aunt, Madeline Brown of Suffolk; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joseph and Gladys Tavolacci.
   A graveside service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery by the Rev. Micheal D. Halley. The family will continue to following the service. Contributions may be made to Suffolk Christian Church, 216 N. Main St., Suffolk, VA 23434. Parr Funeral Home is serving the family.
