   SUFFOLK - Lois Johnson Folk, 88, died April 13, 1999, in her residence. A native of Suffolk, she was the daughter of Percy Osborne Johnson and Alberta Holland Johnson. She retired as a manager for Western Union and was a member of First Baptist Church.
   Survivors include her sister, Hazel J. Leary of Edenton, N.C.; nieces, Charlotte L. Small and Barbara L. Elbualy, both of Edenton, and Jo Ann L. Domb of Indianapolis, Ind.
   A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Holland Cemetery, Holland Station, by the Rev. Charles W. Thompson, contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church General Fund, 237 N. Main St., Suffolk. Hill Funeral Home in charge.
