Audrey Dodd Francis, 80, died April 7, 2003 in Lawton, Okla. Born in Tallahassee, Fla., she was a daughter of the late Edwin and Clara Rose Dodd and the widow of William Barham Francis. She was a 1940 graduate of Carrsville High School and a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church. 
   Survivors include a daughter, Sylvia F. Rinehart and husband, Gary of Tulsa, Okla.; a son, Larry Francis and wife, Lynn of Suffolk; a sister, Edna Dodd Kimerly of Dallas, Texas; two grandchildren, Michael Francis and Nancy Cobb; and three great-grandchildren, Thomas, Michael Jr. and Courtney Francis. Mrs. Francis was predeceased by a daughter, Vicki Francis and a brother, Wallace Dodd. 
   A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Wright Funeral Home by the Rev. Robert Stovall with burial following in Southampton Memorial Park . The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
