RICHMOND - Susan Gillette Brenner, 60, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2001. 

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, John H. Brenner; three daughters, Laura Staples and husband Greg, Mary vanHarn and husband Jon, and Marguerite Brenner; a grandson, John Staples; a sister, Christine Brooks; and several nieces and nephews. 

Mrs. Brenner was a registered nurse and a graduate of Johnston-Willis Hospital's School of Nursing. 

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today at Riverside Cemetery , Courtland . The family will receive friends following the service in the Fellowship Hall of Courtland United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road, Midlothian, Va., is handling arrangements.
