Judy H. Cobb, 53, of the 8100 block of W. Blackwater Road, died Monday Nov. 24, 1997, in Obici Hospital. 

A loving mother and homemaker, she was a native of Isle of Wight County, Va. and the daughter of the late Sylvia W. Holland. 

Survivors include her husband, James R. Cobb; three daughters, Yvonne L. Bradshaw, Lisa L. White, Angie R. Cobb, all of Windsor; three sons, Jeff Lankford of Windsor, Bryan Cobb of Sutherland, Va., Travis Cobb of Hopewell, Va.; father, Jimmie Holland of Windsor; a brother, J. Wayne Holland of Holland, Va.; eight grandchildren, Amber, Megan, Karissa, Elizabeth, Cody, Dylon, Joseph and Kayla. 

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Harrell Funeral Home, Suffolk, by the Rev. Steve Bradshaw. Burial will be in Windsor Cemetery . Friends may join the family in the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today and other times at the residence. Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation Virginia Chapter Hampton Roads Branch, 900 Commonwealth Place, Suite 101, Virginia Beach, Va. 23464.
