A native of Nash County, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Jim and Mattie Edwards Baker and the widow of Harry Steven Harrison. Mrs. Harrison was a retired paper tester at Union Camp Corporation and a member of Franklin Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, William S. Harrison and his wife Janice of Franklin; six sisters, Luna Ingram, Naoma Clay, Margaret Williams, Ada Lee Faison, Bobbie Reaves and Sande Caudle; a brother, Thomas Baker; five grandchildren, Billy Jo Harrison, Robert Stanley Harrison, Troy Harrison, Kristie Harrison and Tara H. Hayes; and two great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Harrison and Brandon Hayes. Mrs. Harrison was predeceased by a son, Jimmy S. Harrison; a sister, Letha Harris; and eight brothers, Edward R. Baker, Lynward Baker, Moses Baker, Seth Baker, Jackie Lynn Baker, Hector Baker, Jerry Baker and Omega Baker. A funeral will be at 11 a.m. today in the chapel of Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, with the Rev. David Johnson and the Rev. Dr. Ira D. Hudgins officiating.
