Holland , 94, died March 17, 2002, at the Alamance Health Care Center in Burlington, N.C. A native of Nansemond County and formerly of Chuckatuck, she was the daughter of the late Lafayette and Nancy Carr Blythe and the widow of James Wilbur Holland . Mrs. Holland was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women. She is survived by her children, Martha Ann Woods of Waynesboro, Barbara H. Nelms of Lancaster, Pa., Nancy Baines of Raleigh, N.C., Judy Holland of Richmond, Charlotte Duke of Suffolk, Ellen Forrest of Burlington, N.C., and James H. Holland of Hernando, Miss.; two sisters, Otelia Felton of Suffolk and Mary Burres of Colonial Heights; 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Holland Cemetery by the Rev. Lane Spigener. R.W. Baker and Co. Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
