SUFFOLK  Eunice Fowler Johnson, 92, died June 7, 2001 in Obici Hospital.

  Born July 3, 1908 in Carrsville, Va., she was the daughter of the late James Randolph and Lelia Maude Williams Fowler and widow of Joseph Cefus Johnson. Mrs. Johnson was a member of First Baptist Church for more than 50 years and a former member of Order of the Eastern Star Sinai Chapter No. 18.
  Survivors include her sons, Earl Randolph Johnson of Kernersville, N.C., Vann Holt Johnson of Suffolk, Joseph  Carlisle Johnson  of Suffolk; sister, Jessie Fowler of Kernersville; grandchildren, David, Mary Van White, Matthew, Randy, Tracy, Mark, Lori and Kimberly; and nephew Emory Lee Southerland of Danville.
  A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Holly Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Dr. David Hicks. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today in R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home.
