CAPRON  James Ray Justice, 65, died Jan. 8. Born in Seaboard, N.C., he was the son of the late James Anderson and Hattie Brown Justice, and was a retired truck driver for Grace and Mitchell.
  Survivors include his wife, Ruth Hope Harrell Justice; three sons, James Otto Justice, Ray Anderson Justice and Timmy lee Justice, all of Capron; a sister Virginia Ellis of Roanoke Rapids, N.C.; and a brother, Curtis Justice of Emporia. He was predeceased by a daughter, Tammy Marie Justice. 
  A graveside funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Jan. 11, in Southampton Memorial park with the Rev. William Hawkins officiating Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, in handling arrangements.
