Dorothy Elizabeth Matthews, 77, of the 12000 block of Keaton Ave., died March 6, 1997, in her home. 

Born in Philadelphia, she was Presbyterian and the daughter of the late William Henry Stinger and Elisa Stinger. 

Survivors include her husband, Robert O. ``Bob'' Matthews; daughter, Leslie B. Caliva of Fredericksburg, Va.; and sister, Myrtle S. DeHart of Jenkintown, Pa.; and two grandchildren. 

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Windsor Cemetery by the Rev. Rob Vaughan. Harrell Funeral Home is in charge.
