James A. Neamond Jr., 39, of the 7900 block of Merrit St., died July 10, 1995, in Bremerton, Washington. 

Mr. Neamond was a native of Norfolk and was an electrician for Q.E.D. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and was a Baptist. 

Survivors include a daughter, Stephanie A. Neamond; his mother, Lydia V. Neamond; two sisters, Carolyn Miller, all of Norfolk, and Patricia Miller of Franklin. Mr. Neamond was predeceased by his father, James A. Neamond Sr. 

A graveside funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at Southampton Memorial Park , Franklin, Va., by Dr. Reginald Warren. The family will receive friends at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, from 12:30 to 1:45 prior to the funeral.
