Obituary of DEBORAH ANN HOCKENBERRY PARTNER Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - November 24, 1992 Deborah Ann Hockenberry Partner, 34, of Hunterdale Road, Franklin, died Nov. 22, 1992, in a Norfolk hospital. Mrs. Partner was born in Euclid, Ohio, and was formerly of Pennsylvania. She was a former geography, travel and tourism and self-affirmation skills teacher at the Eton Technical School in Everett, Wash., and was also a former paralegal. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Franklin, where she was the Relief Society president (Women's Auxiliary). She was a former P.T.A. president of the Munsey Elementary School in Bakersfield, Calif. Mrs. Partner was a den leader and pack committee chairperson for Troop 17 at the High Street United Methodist Church, Franklin. Survivors include her husband, Karl T. Partner; two daughters, Amy Elizabeth Partner and Tess Anne Partner and three sons, Jason Taylor Partner, Seth Atherley Partner and Samuel Clair Partner, all of the home; her mother, Gilberta Bloom Kotsch of Page, Ariz.; and two sisters, Barbara Jean Chambers of Page and Michelle Faye Tenney of Franklin. A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Franklin, by Bishop Carlton E. McCuiston Jr. and President James P. Councill III.
