SMITHFIELD  Anne Darden Stallings, 61, died Friday, Feb. 21, 1997, in Norfolk.

  Mrs. Stallings, a native of Isle of Wight, was a homemaker, floral assistant at Littles Flower Shop for 20 years, and a member of Smithfield Baptist Church, the B.L. Wells Class and the Lilia Minton Brock Group.
  Survivors include her husband, R.W. Bobby Stallings III; two sons, R.W. Stallings IV and C. Darden Stallings; stepmother, Mildred C. Darden; two grandchildren, Heather Ann Stallings and Gene W. Stallings; and one sister, Mollie D. Jones, all from Smithfield ; and two brothers, K.A. Darden of Radford and G.W. Darden of Greensboro, N.C.
  A graveside service will be held Sunday, Feb. 23, at 2 p.m. in Ivy Hill Cemetery, Smithfield, with Dr. Don Rhoton and the Rev. Rueggy Copen officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday, Feb. 22 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, Smithfield.
  Memorial contributions may be made to the Smithfield Baptist Church Building Fund, 100 Wainwright Drive, Smithfield 23430.
