William L. "Michael" Story, 23, of the first block of Mohawk Drive, died March 24, 1995, in his residence. 

He was a native of Portsmouth and was a member of Sweethaven Baptist Church. 

Survivors include his mother, Donna Williams Story and father, Robert W. Story, both of Portsmouth; two brothers, Tommy Story and Robert Story, both of Portsmouth; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Williams; and paternal grandparents, William M. Story and Eunice Lee Story. 

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Lew Hunter. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Newsoms, Va., at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Kenneth Williams. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday. The family will also receive friends at 4:30 p.m. Monday, following the service, at 3201 Morningside Drive, Chesapeake.
