Katherine Ann Brothers Tafelski, age 30, and her daughter, Ashley Andrea Tafelski, age 5, died Jan. 14, 1993. 

Katherine Tafelski is survived by her husband, Andrew John Tafelski, III; one son, Andrew John Tafelski IV; her mother, Barbara Ellen Pullman; her father, Robert B. Brothers, Jr.; stepmother, Reather Fields Brothers, all of Virginia Beach; one sister, Susan Elizabeth Paulus of Lancaster, Ohio; three brothers, Robert Bruce Brothers, III, of Virginia Beach, David C. Brothers of Arlington, Va., and Thomas Francis Brothers of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla. She was the sister of the late William Francis Brothers. 

Beside the survivors listed above, Ashley Tafelski is survived by her aunt and uncle-in-law, Audrey and Ronald Gagnon of Two Rivers, Wis. 

A funeral service was held in Ivor Cemetery , Ivor, Va., on Saturday, July 17, 1993, by the Rev. Paul Harfst. Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, handled arrangements.
