Mr. Turner was born in Franklin. 

Survivors include his parents, Faye D. Turner and O. Fennon Turner Jr.; and three brothers, Michael P. Turner, Mark P. Turner and David F. Turner, all of Franklin. 

The graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. today in Poplar Spring Cemetery, Franklin, by the Rev. Kenneth W. Williams. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, is handling arrangements.
