Reba K. Lowe, 70, passed away Nov. 20, 2002, in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital in Suffolk. She was the wife of Earle R. Lowe. 

She is also survived by her mother, Leola Kight Walker and stepfather, Edward B. Walker, of Barco, N.C.; her children, Rusty Lowe and wife Brenda of Wakefield, Va., Jayton Lowe and wife Kira of Sedley, Stacey Richards and husband Bobby of Elberon; her grandchildren, Forbes Lowe, Hanna Lowe, Drew Sledd, Reba Richards and Casey Richards; and her sister, Linda Ray Harrison of Shawboro, N.C. She was predeceased by her father, Jake Kight. 

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Ivor Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Harrell and the Rev. Ray Rowland officiating. Visitation will be held at Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. The family will receive friends at the home of Bobby and Stacey Richards in Elberon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Surry Vol. Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 188, Surry, VA 23883.
