 Billie Mayes Warren, 74, died Aug. 25, 2001, in a Chesapeake hospital. 
A native of Southampton County, Va., she was the widow of Donald W. Warren. Mrs. Warren retired from Modlins Food Store, Shea Terrace, as a clerk. She was a member of Women of the Moose, Portsmouth Chapter No. 966. 
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Graziano and husband Phil of Chesapeake, and Carolyn Bright of Portsmouth; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. 
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins, by the Rev. Durwood Vaughan. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday.
