White Inc., a local trucking company. A lifelong resident of Southampton County, he was the son of the late Isaac Cox and Mary Moorman White. He attended Franklin High School, Westown School in Pennsylvania and Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C. He began his trucking career in 1956, transporting livestock, logs, lumber and paper until his retirement in 1984. He was past member of the Southampton County Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission. He was also a founding member of the Hunterdale Ruritan Club and a lifelong member of Bethel Friends Meeting. Mr. White is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mary Dansey White; three sons, Lee M. White Jr., Robert T. White and James D. White and his wife, Donna Pope White. He was also blessed with five grandchildren, Alexandria Lee White, Mary Magdeline White, Lee M. White III, Kayla Brooke White and James D. White Jr. A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Bethel Friends Meeting by the Rev. Ken Thames. Burial will be at Poplar Spring Cemetery.
