Raymond Trent Whitley, 17, of the 800 block of Clay St., died Feb. 23, 1990. His body was found Monday in Capron. 

Trent was born in Franklin and was a student at Franklin High School. He was a member of Franklin Baptist Church and Blackwater Hunt Club. 

Survivors include his parents, Dolores T. and Bunk Whitley of Franklin; three brothers, Doug Whitley of Tampa, Fla., Kirk Whitley of Franklin and Scott Whitley of Burlington, N.C.; maternal grandparents, Janie G. and Raymond L. Tillett of Franklin; and paternal grandmother, Lucille K. Whitley of Andrews, S.C. 

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Franklin Baptist Church by the Rev. Ira D. Hudgins. Burial will be in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Wright Funeral Home is handling arrangements. 

Memorial donations may be made to Vanished Children's Society, 1407 Parkmoor Ave., Suite 200, San Jose, Calif. 95126, or to the church's building fund.
