Mr. Wade C. Wieters, a native of Metter, Ga., and formerly of Franklin, died March 5, 1993. 

Mr. Wieters was a special education teacher with the DeKalb County School System. 

Survivors include his wife, Mary C. Wieters; children, Christopher Coker Wieders of Abbeville, S.C., Eleanor Ann Wieters and William Caleb Wieters, both of Stone Mountain; his parents, Charles A. and Mary H. Wieters of Franklin, Va.; a sister, Zenobia Wieters Nagao of Athens, Ga.; and a brother, Charles August Wieters of San Antonio, Texas. 

Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. Monday, March 8, 1993, in Poplar Spring Cemetery, Franklin. Memorial donations may be made to the Children's Center in Franklin. Wright Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
