   SUFFOLK  Jeannie Williams Day, 41, of the 300 block of Highland Ave., died Feb. 28, 2003, in Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg, Va.
   A native of Newport News, she was the daughter of William M. Williams and Bonnie Clay Williams of Suffolk. She was a homemaker and was actively involved in District 13 Motocross.
   She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey L. Day Sr.; sons, Jeff Day Jr. and C. Dean Day; a brother, Tommy Williams, all of Suffolk; paternal grandmother, Mildred S. Williams and several nieces, brothers and sisters-in-law.
   A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Wilroy Baptist Church by the Rev. Carter Dey with burial in Holly Lawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. at Harrell & Hill Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
