Mrs. Williams, a native of Newsoms , had retired from W.S. Peebles Department Stores. She was the widow of Jimmie Ryan Williams and was a member of Barnes United Methodist Church and the Statesville Home Demonstration Club. Survivors include a daughter, Ann W. Gephart of New Kent; a son, Gerald S. Williams of Courtland; a sister, Virginia D. O'Berry of Boykins; a brother, Willie T. Drake Sr. of Newsoms ; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hollywood Cemetery by the Rev. Charlene Beethoven. Friends may join the family at the home of Gerald S.
