High St., a retired barber, died March 27, 1991, in a hospital. Mr. Woodard, a native of Margarettsville, N.C., retired from Ideal Barber Shop after 40 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Sharon United Methodist Church, Margarettsville. Survivors include his wife, Lois Harrell Woodard, and a sister, Hazel Garriss of Severn, N.C. The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Poplar Spring Cemetery by the Rev. Samuel Askew, the Rev. John Siegle and the Rev. Robert Fridley.
