Suffolk - Mary Ann Kimberl Bell, 68, passed away at home on September 21, 2014, surrounded by her family. A native of Pensacola, FL, she was the daughter of the late William C. and Mary Huggins Kimberl. She retired as a cook and manager from Bennett's Creek Marina in 2011 after twenty years of service. 

She is survived by her husband Carl V. Bell; sons, Troy Vance Bell (Cathy) and Carl Vance Bell, II (Vicky); daughters, Melanie Ann Bell and Kristin Noel Russo all of Chesapeake; brothers, John W. Kimberl and William C. Kimberl, III; sister-in-law, Della Fordham; niece, Kimberly K. Kirby; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. 

A graveside service will be held at 2 p. m. Thursday September 25, 2014 in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, Suffolk by the Rev. Jacunto "Jet" Garcia. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 7:30 p. m. at Baker-Foster Funeral Home, Bennett's Creek Chapel, 5685 Lee Farm Lane, Suffolk, VA.
