Miss Tincie Ethel Black Dillard, 86, of 4742 South Main Street, died Saturday night at Forsyth Memorial Hospital. She was born October 23, 1903, in Obids, N.C., to Jake and Florence Mash Black. She was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Ruby Dillard Lum, Jefferson, N.C.; two sons, Mr. G. R. Dillard, Poquoson, Va., and Mr. H. W. Dillard, Winston-Salem; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. A grandson, Johnny Ray Dillard, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hopewell Moravian Church by the Rev. Jack T. Nance and Elder Ernest W. Parks with burial in St. Delight's Primitive Baptist Church cemetery. The body will lie in state thirty minutes prior to the service. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
