Mr. Dameron was president of Franklin Equipment Co. and a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church at Franklin. He was a graduate of St. Christopher's School in Richmond and Hampden-Sydney College. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Ames Dameron; two sons, Broun Conway Dameron Jr. of Asheville, N.C., and Robert Ames Dameron of Virginia Beach; a brother, Zachariah Courtney Dameron Jr. of Richmond; and three grandchildren.
