HAROLD VERNON EARHART  

HAMPTON – Harold Vernon Earhart, 50, died Friday, 25 April 2003. A native and lifelong resident of Hampton, he was employed as an electronics technician at Avec Electronics Corp. in Norfolk.  

Survivors include his wife, Katherine K. Earhart; his mother, Stella Copeland Earhart of Hampton; his surrogate father, Paul Folse; three sisters, Carolyn Davison of Newport News, Kathleen Kohlman and Isabel Earhart, both of Hampton; and his brother, Isadore Earhart of Hampton; as well as a large extended family.  

A memorial service will be conducted at 6:30 p.m. Monday, 28 April 2003, in the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home chapel by the Rev. Gerard Schreiber. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
