Holt, Sr. and Conrad N. Holt, Jr. Jean was a graduate of Southampton High School and was a full time wife and mother. She took care of children her entire life. Jean was a member of Corinth Friends Meeting. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 60 years, William Jasper "Bill" Galtress, Sr.; four daughters, Billie Jean Cartwright, Ellen G. Hulker (Keith), Janet Paige Carr (Mike), and Merle A. Galtress (Kyler); a son, William J. "Billy" Galtress, Jr. (Laura); a sister, Carolyn E.
