Surviving are two sons, Robert R. Hand Jr. of Courtland, Va. and David L. Hand of Weldon: three daughters, Mrs. Beverly Robinson of Roanoke Rapids, Mrs. Brenda Taylor of Weldon, and Miss Ronda K. Hand of Weldon; three brothers, John T. Hand of Courtland, Va., Fletcher Hand of Boykins, Va. and W. 0. Hand of Smithfield, Va.; four sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Turner of Norfolk, Va., Mrs. Elmer Brewer of Emporia, Va.
