Bradshaw, Virginia C., 87 years, of Roanoke, died Friday, 30 July 1999. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, John Smith Bradshaw, and also a sister, Mattie Sue Hanrahan. She is survived by one son, John E. Bradshaw; a daughter and son-in-law, Joan B. and Gregory Shelton; two grandchildren, John David Bradshaw and Angela Louise Bradshaw; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Louise E. Hanrahan of Nashua, N.H.; and one brother, Mills C. Hatfield Jr. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, 2 August 1999, at 2 p.m. at Oakey's South Chapel, with Rev. Jeff Etheridge officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Sunday, 1 August 1999, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Oakey's South Chapel.
